Our apartment has been renovated in the original architectural style of the heritage-listed building it is located in. 2 big bedrooms, an office space that overlooks the chandelier that hangs from the 17 ft ceilings, and French doors that open onto balconies overlooking the cobbled street below. A spiral staircase leads up to the rooftop where there is a private terrace garden - perfect for an evening cervesa.
Fully furnished, with artworks native to Argentina and its cultural influences, our apartment is serviced weekly. There is a sound system, security intercom, telephone for local calls, cable TV, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, large living area and a bathroom complete with bidet.
Our apartment is in San Telmo, a 20 minute walk to the city centre. There are cafes, parillas, art galleries, public transport and a tango school just a few steps from the entrance of the building.

A security deposit of U$S 250 is payable for stays of less than a week. For longer stays, the deposit is U$S 500. This deposit is payable online via PayPal when you book, and is refunded when you vacate the apartment (provided you leave it in the same condition as when you arrived).
