Renter Agreement

• Renter assumes all liability for investigating information found on our web site, or provided by one of our advertisers.
• Renter understands that each property has its own rental agreement and policies. It is the renter's responsibility to read and agree to these separately. We can not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of misunderstandings or disagreements between renters and advertisers. Under no circumstances can BookAnyHome.com be held responsible for the refund of rental fees.
• Renter agrees not to make any payments until the Advertiser (owner or management company) has provided a satisfactory Rental Agreement.

While not required, we would also appreciate a review of any properties you have rented, upon your return.
