Your deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your departure provided there are no damages to the property and no violations of policy. CHECKS: Payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to the stated arrival date. A $35.00 service charge will be incurred for all returned checks. CANCELLATION POLICY: 30 or more days prior to arrival: Full refund of rental deposit Less than 30 days but at least 14 days: Loss of ½ of the rental deposit ($125.) Less than 14 days but at least 7 days: Loss of full rental deposit ($250.) Less than 7 days of arrival date: Loss of Full rental (but security deposit returned)
