Cancellation Policy:

30 % deposit is refundable less $ 50.00 administration fee if written notice is received 21 or more days before scheduled check in date. EXCEPT reservations of longer than 4 weeks, no refund of the 30 % deposit. No refund on cancellations made less than 21 days prior to the check in date. If after acceptance of the reservation, the client wish to alter confirmed reservations an amendment fee may be charged, if the alteration is made less than 21 days prior to the rental date cancellation charges may be applied. Any amendment to the original booking will not be effective until it is received and agreed in writing by us.

Deposits Information:
|
A deposit of 30% of the total value of the rental of the house is required at the time of reservation and the balance is required 3 weeks prior to the arrival date at the house together with $ 250.00 security deposit' which will be reimbursed 3-5 days after check-out assuming that no damage has occurred during the rental period.

A cleaning fee of $ 75.00 will be included in rent rate for stays less than a week.

The keys to the house, which will be collected in Florida must not be copied. Park Recreational Vehicles is not permitted on the driveway or grass of the house. CREDIT CARD AND PHOTO ID WILL BE REQUIRED AT CHECK-IN.
