Rental rate is $250 per day (5 day minimum)/ $1600 per week/ $4000 per month.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event that you must CANCEL your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. If notice is received AT LEAST 30 days prior to your arrival date, refunds of advanced payments will be refunded, less a $75 cancellation fee.
If cancellation occurs WITHIN 30 days of your arrival date, any refund is subject to the ability to re-rent the property. Every effort will be made to re-rent the property. However if the property is not re-rented, no money will be refunded. If the property is re-rented, all moneys received, less a $75 cancellation fee will be refunded. No credit will be issued in the event of early departure.

Deposits Information:
|
SECURITY DEPOSIT of $500-$2000 (depending on length of stay) is required and is payable as part of the total balance. This deposit protects the owner from any material damage done to the rental property and/or optional pool heating bill.
A DEPOSIT equal to 50% of the total rental rate, tax, cleaning fee and security deposit is due within 10 days of making your reservation. If your payment is not received within 10 days, your reservation may be cancelled without further notice. Deposits must be paid by pay pal, personal check, cashiers check, money order or travelers check. Checks must be in US funds

Tax Information:

Add 11.5% Palm Springs Transient Occupany TAX for stays under 29 days.

Fees:
|
A one time non-refundable $100 CLEANING FEE is required. Optional POOL/SPA HEATING available @ $35 per day or $200 week. For bookings over 28 days, renter shall pay gas & electric bill.

Other Information:
|
Please inform us if you wish to bring your dog and approval may be given on a case by case basis. In addition to the regular security deposit, a pet deposit or pet charge may apply. If you bring a pet without prior approval, entire deposit is forfeited and you may be subject to additional fees, so be sure to tell us if you plan to bring your dog.
