Fees:

$250 Cleaning Fee - Refunded within 3 days after your departure if everything is left in the same condition as when you moved in. If you would rather have the house cleaned for you after you depart, we are happy to do it and charge $100 for this service.
$250 - Deposit for each of your dogs. No more than 2 please. Refunded if there are no stains, anything chewed, dug into, ripped, etc.
