BR3 houses a twin over full bunk bed along with a desktop computer with high speed internet access. Full size washer and dryer, 2 car garage, twice weekly pool service.

Cancellation Policy:

For most reservations, no cancellation fee if notice is received within 1 week prior to scheduled check-in. Otherwise you will be charged the equivalent of one night's rent. For peak season rental (holidays), cancellation notice must be made at least two weeks prior to scheduled check-in or you will forfeit 50% of the total cost of your scheduled stay. If no notice is given of cancellation, you will forfeit 100% of the cost of your scheduled stay.

For a 2-7 night stay, deposit of $250 is required. For a stay longer than 1 week, a deposit of $500-$1000 is required.

Between October and May, there is a pool heating charge of $50/day up to $250/week
