Property Description

This cozy log home sits on a wooded lot only 3 miles to the slopes, shopping and restaurants of Breckenridge. We invite you to enjoy our beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2 Full bath mountain retreat. We help you feel at home with down comforters, a gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and Baby accessories with a 6 person Outdoor Hot Tub. The large family room-dining room-kitchen has floor to ceiling windows and wall to wall sliding glass doors that lead to the Outdoor Hot Tub. The house is situated so no four wheel drive vehicle is necessary for access. Bedrooms: One Queen Size, One Full Size and 2 Twin beds. **Also have one Queen Size blow up Mattress.

Cancellation Policy:	Cancellations are accepted 60 days prior to arrival. A 5% cancellation penalty does apply.
Deposits Information:	A $200.00 damage/security deposit is required 2 weeks before arrival.

Fees:	Additional Fee - $75 fee assessed for stays less than 3 nights.
Other Information:	Check In Instructions: *We have a "Lock Box" for the Cabin keys. Code will be provided upon rental confirmation. 1.In the Washer and Dryer room, need to turn a White switch to “On” next to the Blue Water tank to get water running through the Cabin. 3.Fireplace is Gas, it will heat up most of the house except for back bedrooms. To turn on the Fireplace, there is a temperature gauge next to the front door. Also at the bottom of fireplace (black panel), there is a “Blower” knob to blow hot air. If regular heat at “Comfort Level” isn’t enough in the back bedrooms, there is a little space heater you can use. 4.Upstairs Shower/Kitchen sink: cold=hot and hot=cold. 5. Hot Tub will be set to 100 (degrees). Check Out Instructions: 1.Please turn “Off” the White switch in the Washer and Dryer room so water will be “Off” through the house. 2.Please turn off all Electric Heat in each room. 3.Keep the bathroom/washer/dryer doors open. 4.Turn off all inside lights, keep the porch light on. 5. Please close all shades and curtains. 6. Please turn Hot Tub setting back to 100 (degrees). 7. You can put all your trash in the Trash bin (End of the Driveway), trash pick up is every Friday morning. 8.Please put the keys back in the Lock Box. Thank you and have fun in Breckenridge!!!
