There is a full kitchen, generous living and dining area opening onto the lanai, a queen-bed bedroom and bath. For extra guests, the second bedroom has two double beds. And for your evenings, there is a Satellite TV/VCR, a nice stereo with CD and tape players, an assortment of video and audio tapes and CDs, and for those who would rather curlup with a book, there are many to choose from.
Outside in a gazebo near the house is a full-featured spa for your relaxation and enjoyment!
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, blender, coffee maker, range, fridge and all cooking and dining needs. This home is thoughtfully and tastefully appointed to make it feel like your very own home-in-Paradise.
Located in a quiet, ocean-front, gated community with easy accessibility to Kapoho Bay and the ocean itself, there are several calm lagoons for swimming and snorkeling. Some of the lagoons are even heated by geothermal fresh-water springs! A guide-map at the house will direct you to all the best spots. Champagne Pond is a 10-15 minute scenic walk from the home.

Cancellation Policy:
|
If a cancellation occurs between 90 and 45 days of the arrival date, a refund of 50% of the total paid will be returned to the guests. No refunda after 45 days prior to arrival. However, if a cancellation occurs for emergency reasons, we would immediately attempt to rebook accommodations for the same time frame. If a new reservation can be secured, the 90% of the total paid would be refunded to the guests with a 10% cancellation charge. We will always try to reschedule a booking whenever possible.

Pets are not permitted and this is a No Smoking Vacation rental.
Care of property: Guests are expected to care for the property as if it were their own. Your security deposit will be mailed to you in its entirety within 30 days after your departure if you leave the house as you found it undamaged. If the home is left especially dirty or messy, we may choose to withhold part of the security deposit for extra cleaning.
