Located in Grant, Florida, VIP Island is minutes from Melbourne, and only an hour and a half drive from Orlando. If you’re looking for a perfect spot for fishing, or a quick boat ride down to Sebastian Inlet for the East Coast’s best surfing, or just to relax and get away from it all, this is the place for you! The Hughes house is located on the northern tip of the island with plenty of beach and the perfect spot to enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset. Kick off your shoe’s, bring your bathing suit and enjoy!
The Hughes house is a five bedroom, three full bath home, complete with all the modern conveniences of home and the charm and décor of a classic Cape Cod beach house. A large, screened in porch on the second floor is loaded with cozy furniture, a six person dining table and a large gas grill. The kitchen has all newer appliances, granite counter tops and plenty of dinnerware to entertain with. The upper living area has two large couches, flat screen HD TV, and surround sound with Ipod docking station and dining area with room for 10 people. Four bedrooms and two baths, and wrap around deck complete the upper level. The ground floor features one bedroom, one full bath, living area with big screen TV, ping pong table, dart board, computer station and laundry area. Since we are surrounded by water, you’ll be able to enjoy it. Three kayaks, a catamaran, life jackets and plenty of water toys are there for your use.
