This beautiful Park City, Utah vacation condominium is ready for you and your family with skiing, snow play, hiking, fly fishing, boating, golfing, tennis, shopping, and more, close by. This unit was remodeled Summer 2006 with new paint, carpeting, furniture, bedding, microwave, stove, dish washer, washer & dryer, slate tile entry and kitchen floor, and gas grill. Wireless high-speed internet service and 2 flat screen TVs add to your enjoyment. It is furnished throughout and is the owner's second home.
It is located at the base of "The Canyons Ski Resort" and adjacent to the Cabriolet lift that whisks you to the bottom of the ski resort and gondola. A 35 minute drive from Salt Lake City International Airport, shuttle service is available. Your own car is not mandatory because the free Park City Shuttle stops at the end of the street.

Red Pine Condominiums are quiet, well-maintained and two stories. They are a 5 minute walk to the Canyons Ski Resort. Downtown Park City is three miles away with many restaurants, nightclubs and shopping. Directly across the street from this unit is the Club House that features two full-size pools (one heated in the winter), a kiddie pool, jacuzzis, sauna, tennis courts and laundry facilities.

Cancellation Policy:	If you need to cancel and the date is greater than 30 days prior to your reservation, your check and deposit will be returned to you, If you must cancel less than 30 days before your reservation, your rent will be maintained and you are welcome to book another stay with us within the year. If a new renter is secured for your dates, your rent check and deposit will be immediately returned to you.
Deposits Information:	$300 deposit plus a signed rental agreement will reserve the unit for you. The $300 deposit will be returned via mail after check-out when the property manager confirms that the unit is in good order. The rental fee is due 30 days prior to your reservation.
Tax Information:	Tax is included in your rent.
Fees:	Management, linen service, and cleaning fees are included in your rent.
