Fees:

Rates based on 12 person occupancy, $100.00 per person per week for extra guests, up to 18.
Holiday Upcharge
There is also a $700.00 refundable damage deposit, (refunded the day after check out if home is left in order as found).
Heat Pool: $175.00 per week March to December, $250.00 December to March.
Balance is due in full within 30 days of arrival.
