In order to make a reservation, we require a deposit of 1/2 of the rental rate within 5 days of request.

There is also a $600.00 refundable damage deposit, (refunded the day after check out if home is left in order as found).
Rates based on 12 persons, $100 per person per week extra up to 18.
Holiday Upcharge
$175.00 per week extra to heat pool March to December, $250.00
December to March.
