Hale Kai Kalani is perfectly located in the middle of the North Shore...right up the road from Kahili Quarry Beach, 5 minutes from Kilauea town and the famous Kilauea Lighthouse, 10 minutes from Princeville, 15 minutes from Hanalei, 25 minutes from Kapaa, and 45 minutes from Lihue Airport. We encourage guests to enjoy at least a few of the dozen nearby world class beaches, all within 15 minutes drive time. Interesting art galleries, live music, and great shopping are nearby.

Cancellation Policy:
|
For bookings made more than 60 days prior to arrival, we collect a $500 booking/security deposit and a signed agreement within a week of sending the agreement out as an e-mail attachment.
60 days prior to arrival, the rent/outclean/tax total comes due. When that arrives, directions and entry information are sent.
For bookings made within the 60 day window prior to arrival, the agreement and all funds are due within 7 days.
Reservations cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival result in the return of any and all deposits made, less a $50 administrative cancellation fee. When reservations are cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date, funds paid are at risk. However, we make every attempt to re-book the reserved dates, and we rebate the funds paid for any and all dates we are able to re-book, less the $50 cancellation fee. Obviously, the closer a reservation is cancelled to the arrival date, the less likely it is that we will be able to re-book the dates.

Rates quoted for all seasons other than Summer and Holiday are for 2 guests. Add $7.50/nt or $50/week for each additional guest. During Summer and Holiday, rates are for up the 4 guests, add $7.50/nt or $50/wk each additional guest.
