Cancellation Policy: Deposit is fully refundable up to 60 days prior to reservation date. After that date, deposit is refunded if/when new reservation by new visitor is made. After 60 days and full fee has been paid, full fee -10% will be refunded providing a new guest reserves the unit during your time slot. Travelers insurance highly recommended. FYI, we have never had to hold anyone's deposit. Our condo is very popular and has rented quickly on the one or two occasions we have had a cancellation.
Deposits Information: $200 refundable security deposit is required at time of booking. Balance is due 60 days prior to reservation date and refunded within 14 days of your departure after inventory and cleaning is completed providing no lost keys, damage to the condo or excessive cleaning required upon your departure.
Tax Information: 11.42% added to total
Fees: $90 cleaning fee added to total - No other management fees are required as you are booking directly with the owner.
Other Information: We have a manager on the premise in case of any emergencies.
