Advertiser Agreement
To advertise a property on this web site, advertisers must agree to the following conditions
in order to keep listings active:
- All inquiries from potential guests and/or travel agents must be answered within 48 hours.
- Availability calendars must be kept up-to-date.
- All information associated with your listing must be truthful and accurate.
- All images associated with your listing must not by copyrighted,
unless the advertisers holds the rights to said images.
- Advertiser is responsible for investigating potential renters, and agrees to hold
harmless BookAnyHome.com, its parent company, employees, associates, and vendors.
- BookAnyHome.com allows advertisers to optionally list their personal contact information
on their property listing page and calendars. Advertiser agrees to accept responsibility
for any risks associated with publicizing such information.
- Advertisers must log in, as owners, to BookAnyHome.com at least once every 90 days.
- Advertisers acknowledge that funds added to the pay-per-click bidding system
never expire and are non-refundable.
- Advertisers and owners agree to comply with all local regulations,
such as permits, licenses, taxes, and safety regulations. Properties found not to be in
compliance will be delisted.
- Advertiser agrees not to accept any payment from a Renter or Potential Renter
until a signed, written agreement has been provided and agreed upon by said Renter.
- Advertiser agrees to fully honor all agreements, both written and oral, with Renters.
